Warranty Terms
For all major equipment, including automatic washing machines (CMA), Beko gives two years. This is a good period, many brands provide a guarantee of only 1 year. Warranty is given on the work, components and the entire apparatus.
To service your washer in accordance with the warranty, provide the following documents to the warranty workshop:
- Filled out warranty coupon.
- A check for the purchase of AGR.
Not all people cherish documents. If you threw out or lost “documents” on the washing machine, then the service centers should accept the goods for repair by the date of issue - they count 2 years from the date of production. But in practice, this is not practiced - workshops require warranty documents.
Customer Service
The Turkish company owning the BEKO brand has its own factory for the production of SMA in Russia. The proximity to the production of Beco washing machines is a plus for our customers, as it makes their parts more affordable and repairs faster.
About two hundred authorized service centers (ASC) have been opened in Russia. For warranty issues, each consumer can call directly to the official BEKO service center. The hotline is open daily. On any day of the week you can call from 7 am to 9 pm, and on weekends from 8 to 21 hours (Moscow time).
What are not covered by warranty?
Before turning on the AGR, familiarize yourself with the rules of its operation. How to turn it on, off, pause, etc. Not all people cherish documents carefully. - Date of sale;
- seller’s stamp;
- signature of the seller;
- models and serial numbers.

Damage and damage are not covered under the warranty if their cause is:
- Improper transportation, storage, installation or connection.
- Violation of the operating rules.
- Power surges. Inconsistency of power supply specifications.
- Non-compliance of water pressure with the standards - high, low, unstable.
- The ingress of insects or debris into the apparatus, violation of sanitation in the room where the AGR is working.
- Mechanical damage and defects caused by chemicals.
- The use of low-quality detergents - with excessive foaming or with an expired shelf life.
- Overdose of detergents.
- Misuse of the AGR.
Remember, if your washing machine is under warranty, you need to contact only the ACS. If you entrust repair to a third-party workshop or an individual, you will lose the right to warranty service.
The manufacturer, in order to avoid problems at the initial stage, strongly recommends trusting the installation of "Beco" washers to the masters from the ACS. In extreme cases, contact a company that has a certificate for the provision of services for the installation of SMA.
